What if I need to take a call or do urgent work?
If you need a quieter spot, please let one of the City to Sea team know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. But we hope you’ll stay with us, soaking up all the insights and ideas in the main sessions and, as ever, asking the best questions in the Q&As.
Where can I network with other speakers and attendees?
The entire summit space is designed for connection. We’d love speakers to mingle during breaks and lunch, there’s no “VIP-only” zone because everyone’s voice matters in shaping a reusable future.
Will there be time and space to chat with attendees during breaks?
Absolutely! Morning pastries, breaks and lunch throughout the day are perfect times to catch up with fellow speakers, participants, and exhibitors.
Which exhibitors can be expected?
UKRI (UK Research and Innovation) drives cutting-edge research and innovation to address global challenges, including sustainability and circular economy solutions.
Boca, Brush With Nature developed Boca after the shocking discovery that the traditional toothpaste he’d been using was crammed with harsh industrial chemicals. The tubes were all single use with billions sent to landfill or recycled. Boca’s organic REFILLABLE toothpastes are made with carefully sourced botanical ingredients. No harsh chemicals needed.
Culligan is a global leader in water solutions, providing advanced filtration and refill systems that help eliminate single-use plastic bottles.
There will be a City to Sea stand to get in touch with members of our team and discover some of our work.
Will sessions be recorded?
The sessions will be recorded for future sharing. But there’s nothing like being there IRL. We really hope you’ll be part of the full event, adding your voice to the wider conversation and helping to shape the day.
Will the venue be fully accessible?
Yes! The venue is fully accessible. If you have any specific accessibility requirements you’d like to discuss, please email [email protected] – we’d love to support you in any way we can.
