Unlocking Reuse at Scale
Scaling reuse infrastructure is essential for transitioning to a circular packaging economy.
This session presents a first look at a UK-wide project modelling the UK infrastructure requirements for reuse to work at scale. It will explore key commercial and environmental factors that can accelerate this shift towards reuse, highlighting the critical levers necessary for making reuse viable across industries.

Global insights on packaging reuse for the UK
In preparation for the Global Reuse Summit, we have collaborated with environmental policy experts Eunomia Research & Consulting on a paper detailing global policy lessons for reuse systems. This paper sets the context for our policy panel chaired by Dr Chris Sherrington in discussion with Baroness Natalie Bennett and Dr Debbie Fletcher, highlighting what UK policy makers might consider when rethinking how our packaging system can be fit for a reuse future.
