York is a walled city in the North East of England. Millions of tourists come to York every year to see our beautiful city and embrace our history as well as being able to escape to the countryside.
Making a Cleaner City
Setting up Refill stations in York will hopefully be one step forward to help reduce the vast amount of plastic used in York from locals and tourists. This will mean that we can make our city as clean as possible, while respecting our rivers that lead to the ocean.

Giving back to York
York was strategically built to become the capital of the Roman Empire in 71AD due to it standing at the point where two rivers join, as water borne transport was the most important form of transport in that time. York has a longstanding history with our water ways and its time we start respecting them again.
